Badrinath, Kedarnath, Yamunotri and Gangotri – will bring you the peace of mind unlike any other meditation. The history connected to these places will bring you close to the roots of your culture unlike any book. As you drive over the narrow roads of the mountains, the giant mountains will make you feel embraced. When you glance down the roads of the valley, a sense of new-found freedom fills in your veins.

The trek of holy Char Dham yatra in Uttaranchal is not just a rage amongst old-aged people as the youth are starting to understand its exciting features. Every pillar of the town has a history that speaks of our ancient mythology. Even an atheist would experience the presence of God in the course of his visit. Day 01: Ahmedabad/Vadodara/Surat – New Delhi

For tourists residing in Ahmedabad, Vadodara and Surat, the commencement of the journey will be by taking a flight to New Delhi. From New Delhi by train will we reach the holy land of Haridwar.

Day 02: Haridwar

As the name suggests, Hari – Dwar meaning the Gateway to Lord Shiva, this city rightly serves as the starting point of the Char Dham journey. After sightseeing at Mansa Devi and Chandi Devi Temple, you will proceed to experience the overwhelming Ganga Aarti. After relaxing for a night and the moring breakfast in Haridwar, you proceed to Mussoorie for sightseeing.

Day 03: Haridwar – Mussoorie sightseeing

The beautiful Kempty falls are sure to awe your mind. After visiting the falls, we will proceed to the town of Barkot. The tiring drive of 95 kilometers will exhaust you. This is the reason that after dinner, you can proceed to a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 04: Barkot - Yamunotri.

After an early morning breakfast, we proceed to Yamunotri through the roads of Hanuman Chatti. It is not famous like the Chota Char Dham locations but this place has many beautiful temples which you can visit in. Then we will proceed to the holy shrine of Yamunotri which is believed to be the westernmost shrine in the Himalayas of the Garhwal region. After a day-long sightseeing, we return to Barkot for dinner and night stay.

Day 05: Barkot

The view of mighty peaks like Banderpoonch will entice you. River Yamuna flowing through this town and the apple orchards near the small houses will be a sight to see. The hospitality of the people in this town will be the prime part of your journey.

Day 06: Gangotri and Harsil

On the banks of river Bhagirathi, the town from where river Ganga originates – Gangotri, will be our next stop for visiting. After breathing in the beautiful air of Gangotri, we move to Harsil. Situated on the banks of the holy Bhagirathi river, this town has plenty of peace to offer. On the trek to the roads of Harsil, you will come across many small temples. Right one for satiating your adventurous side, this town will bring a wave of adrenaline gush to your body. The climate of this town is normal unlike the chills of Badrinath. Even then, it is advisable to carry winter clothing on a safer side. After the sightseeing, we return back to Barkot for dinner and night stay.

Day 07: Guptkashi, Ukhimath, Nandprayag

The holy town of Guptkashi has a history dating back to the ancient era. This land is devoted for Lord Shiva as indicated by the temples here. When you arrive in this area, Manikarnik Kund must be a sight to see. This kund is located at the point where the two rivers Ganga and Yamuna meet. Can you imagine the level of wonder the sight would hold? Similarly, the ancient temples of Guptkashi - the Vishwanath temple and Ardhnareshwar temple – will leave you in awe. This place has a variety of shops that offer religious artifacts, idols and paintings to satiate your artistic cravings. After that, we will proceed to Nadprayag and Ukhimath for sightseeing.

Day 08: Guptkashi – Kedarnath

The next morning after breakfast, we move to the helipad near Guptkashi to take a helicopter to Kedarnath. The home of Lord Shiva devotees, located at an altitude of 3584 meters in the Rudraprayag district – Kedarnath, is one of the most important places of the Hindu pilgrimages. Mandakini river begins flowing from the vicinity of this town. With the waters blessing the land with purity and prosperity, this town of Lord Shiva’s name is a dream visit for every Indian. The picturesque location of this temple gives the traditional feel of old-era. Surrounded by mountains on all sides, the temple of Kedarnath stands between the echoes of Shiva chants and mantras. At dusk, we will stay at Kedarnath for dinner and a peaceful night’s sleep.

Day 09: Guptkashi - Badrinath

The town of Badrinath got its name from the abundance of Berry trees (known as Badri in English). It is believed that when Buddhism was established, the Tibetians attacked the holy temple of Badrinath and threw away the idol of Lord Vishnu in Narak kund. Later, Adi Shankaracharya brought it in Garud Gufa and placed it there. The king of Gadwalis later made this place into a temple which is now visited by pilgrims across the world. Lord Vishnu is worshiped in this temple as Lord Badrinarayan. Situated in between the Nar and Narayana mountains, Badrinath temple will make you embrace the positivity of our own Indian culture right from its roots. The night stay and dinner will be at Badrinath.

Day 10: Badrinath -Mana

The sightseeing of the last Indian Village – Mana will also be included in the package. The sense of accomplishment that you feel on reading the words “Welcome to the last Indian village - Mana” is incomparable.

Day 11: Badrinath – Haridwar

While staying at Badrinath, you will get to see the biggest city around the area – SriNagar. You can shop from the local markets there.

Day 12: New Delhi

With a bag full of memories, you will reach back in New Delhi airport on the final day of the trip. The entire plan as mentioned will be at your disposure at the minimal price of INR 26000. This will include the vehicle service for local sightseeing and transportation. The special aarti performed while in Badrinath will also be included in the cost. Breakfast, lunch and dinner facility for all 5 days is included in the package. You need to book 3 months in advance to get the mentioned rates.

  • Available Hotel properties at Yamunotri and Gangotri are non-star category and the stay is arranged at best amongst them. However at Harsil and Badrinath the accommodation standard provided by Namita Travels is upto 3 Star as per the requirements of the tourists.

  • Heritage aviation reserves the right to postpone the timings of flying subject to weather conditions.

  • Hotel can be changed with similar available options if any given hotel will sold out. The booking has to be done in advance with a deposit of 50% of the charter amount.

  • Full amount has to be deposited 14 days prior to date of journey.

  • Clothes and Medicines are taken by tourist itself.

Cancellation Policy

If passengers wish to cancel their booking then they will have to pay following cancellation charges:

Note: Re scheduling of booking to a next date will be done subject to availability and on payment of 10% of the cost. This will be permitted only if applied 7 days before journey date. In case the rescheduling is requested with less than 7 days to the journey then booking will be treated as cancelled and a fresh booking will be given subject to availability.


If you are stuck in a bad weather situation on any particular day out of the a days we will still try to finish the darshan on next day . In case we are completely unable to visit any dham due to bad weather situation we will refund proportionate money. This means, if due to any reason we are unable to do 2 dhams then we will refund 50% payment. If unable to do 3 Dhams then we will refund 75% amount.
